Warranty Coverage

Residential: 10-year limited warranty

LSI Flooring warrants that its manufactured products are free from any defects in workmanship and material, will provide satisfactory service and a lively and resilient foundation for the life of the carpet under which it is originally installed. This warranty applies only when properly installed over flat, smooth, hard surfaces on or above grade. The synthetic fiber is mold, moth, mildew, and odor resistant and can be used below grade. LSI Flooring, as a sole and exclusive remedy, will replace, without charge, any manufactured product which does not render satisfactory service in normal use F.O.B. manufacturing plant. This warranty does not include the cost of removal or installation. No liability will be assumed for any consequential damage, loss, or expense.
