Who is LSI Flooring?
LSI Flooring is a U.S.-based manufacturer specializing in high-performance carpet cushion and rug pad products. We focus strictly on manufacturing — we do not provide installation services.
Where are your products made?
All of our padding products are proudly manufactured in the USA.
Do you sell direct to consumers?
No. We sell through flooring retailers, showrooms, rug cleaners, flooring contractors, installation workrooms, and alike. If you’re a consumer, you can find our products through your local flooring retailer, or through any of these sources, or contact us to find a local dealer near you.
What makes LSI Padding “UnSquashable”?
Our proprietary high density urethane construction.
Do your pads work with radiant heat?
Yes, our padding is designed to be safe with radiant heat systems.
Are your products environmentally responsible?
Yes. Many of our pads carry the CRI Green Plus™ Certification designations, meeting strict standards for indoor air quality, low emissions, and recycled content.
Our UnSquashable™ padding products are Formaldehyde, Phthalate, PVC, Lead and Heavy Metal Free. We also use all natural oils vs. petroleum based oils in our manufacturing process.
Do you offer different sizes?
Yes. Our authorized dealers can request special roll sizes. While we do not offer custom cut sizes, many of our authorized dealers offer this.
Do you install your products?
No. We are strictly manufacturers. Installation should be handled by a qualified flooring installer following CRI (Carpet and Rug Institute) Installation guidelines.
Can your padding be used with area rugs?
Yes. We manufacture dedicated products for area rug non-slip padding.
Do your pads help with slip resistance?
Yes. Products like StayPut™ and PetiBarrier™ are engineered for grip and stability.
How do I open a new account with LSI Flooring?
If you’re a retailer, showroom, flooring contractor, installation workroom or alike, reach out to our team for new consideration forms. Once approved, you’ll be assigned an account number for ordering.
What’s the minimum order requirement?
One (1) roll
Do you provide samples?
Yes. Let us know and we are happy to provide no cost samples.
Where do products ship from?
Our UnSquashable™ pad products ship FOB, Calhoun, GA. The balance of our products ship FOB, Dalton, GA.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we primarily service U.S. accounts. International orders may be available upon request.
Can I use my own freight account?
Yes. Customers may ship under their own freight accounts. Otherwise, LSI can provide freight quotes based on our contracted carriers.
